Jack and Jill Did What?
1. I believe a visual metaphor is anything visual that can be used to portray feelings, emotions, or a story. A visual metaphor can be anything to anyone, and can mean something different to anyone who sees it. For example, to some a tree represents life. To someone else though, that tree could portray shelter, or safety. It all depends on who’s viewing it, and the feelings they’re recieving from it.
2. In each picture, the pair are the main characters and are essential to the story. Symbols like the pointing hands and arrows also help show the characters are making.
3. I think that the last image improved because I was a lot more bold with what I did. I also knew how to work the photoshop better, so I had more time and was able to do more with the dingbats provided.
